Casey L. Stelter, MD
Dr. Stelter graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Society Teachers of Family Medicine. His interests include preventative medicine, medical education, hospice and palliative care, and geriatrics.
Dr. Stelter is married with four children and his hobbies include, football, camping, photography genealogy and house renovation.
Dr. Stelter is affiliated with Ogden Regional Medical Center.
Jonathan A. Weeks, MD
Dr. Weeks is a Board Certified physician specializing in Family Medicine with special interests in Urgent Care and Pediatrics.
He is a graduate of Brigham Young University. He attended medical school at the University of Iowa from 1996-2000. He completed residency at Utah Valley Family Practice and then moved to Layton, Utah, where he has been in practice since 2003.
He enjoys mountain biking, visual arts, and playing with his three children.

Charles J. Berwald, MD
Dr. Berwald graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1963. He did an internship at Saint Mary's Hospital in Duluth, MN, 1963-64. He was a Captain in the USAF (GMO: General Medical Officer) from 1964-67. His residency was in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic from 1967-68. He was on staff at the Minnesota State Hospital, 1968-73. He practiced at Tanner Clinic in Layton, Utah, 1973-74, and at the Herefordshire Clinic in Roy, 1974-75. He practiced at HAFB from 1975-86, and at the Crestwood Clinic in Layton, 1986-98
His patients enjoyed his care at Mountain View Family Care from 1998-2006 in Layton. He is at the same location today, now called Layton Family Medicine.

Robert N. Gertge, PA-C
Robert graduated from Weber State University and received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University. Robert is a Physician's Assistant in Family Practice with interests in preventative medicine and behavioral health.
Away from office Robert enjoys basketball and softball, snowboarding, reading, traveling and spending time with family.
Clint Robins, PA-C
Clint Robins graduated from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Clint is a Physicians Assistant in Family Practice with interests in heartburn, GERD, IBS and other gastroenterology.
Clint is a Physician's Assistant in family practice, with interests in heartburn, and gastroenterology.
He is active in the community and serves as a member of the Health Access Team which serves the medically underserved. Clint is also an assistant scout master and a youth counselor. He is married and enjoys his children.
Jody Fowers, FNP
Jody Fowers is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. Jody graduated from Weber State University and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah.
When not seeing patients, Jody enjoys spending time with her 4 children (including twin 7 year olds!) and loves boating, 4-wheeling and being outdoors!
